TUTORIAL HOW TO ORDER YOUR PERSONALIZED CASE

 

Step 1: Choose the desired product.

You just need to go to the “custom” section on the drop-down menu and you will arrive on the sidebar of our website, then you must click on the “CUSTOM” button.

Then choose the product you wish to order from the choice of personalized products. 

Let’s take the following product as an example: https://www.ohmycase.fr/products/coque-personnalise 

 

Step 2 : Personalize the order.

 

1 :

You choose your phone model, this box corresponds to the model that you will receive.

2 :

This box allows you to see what your case will look like with live preview! ⚠ This box is only an overview, it will not reflect the case you will receive to the nearest pixel/millimeter, but we will be careful to respect your request as much as possible. 

Unfortunately we only have 3 previews currently, which is why you must be careful that the chosen photo corresponds well with your phone model.

3 : 

This little button allows you to upload your photo to our site in order to see what it will look like with the live preview.

 

Step 3 : Adapting your photo. 

Here is an example for rendering on Iphone

You can now place your photo as you wish on the preview, we remind you that it is safer to allow a slight margin between the preview and reality because each phone model is different and that certain details can be cut when creating the hull (we will obviously do our best to do as you requested).

Take the margin of error into account! a preview will not be completely identical to the millimeter as the hull received. 

 

ADVICE : 

 

If your photo is not necessarily best suited to your phone model, we advise yous not to be disappointed when receiving your case cutting off part of the face , to place your photo smaller in order to provide a white background. Because we specify that we do not support returns if the photo is not compatible with the phone model.

Step 4 : Validation. 

 

 Make sure your photo has been uploaded (the small thumbnail under “choose my photo”) and place your order!
